Daniel K Judd is dean of Religious Education at Brigham Young University. He previously served as chair of the Department of Ancient Scripture at Brigham Young University. He received an MS degree in family science and a PhD in counseling psychology from Brigham Young University. He has been a seminary and institute instructor in Utah, Arizona, and Michigan, and he was a professor of family science at BYU—Idaho. He has published on religious and mental health issues. He and his wife, Kaye Seegmiller Judd, have four children and reside in Orem, Utah.
