Petra Chou is a homemaker and taught in the Chinese Immersion program for the Alpine School District in Utah when this was written. She received her BS from BYU, and her M.Ed. from Western Governors University. She has accompanied her husband on his S&I assignments both in and outside the US. She has served as a Relief Society president and counselor, Young Women president, Primary president, institute teacher, temple ordinance worker, member of the S&I Volunteer Committee, and full-time missionary in Hong Kong Mission. She has coauthored with her husband articles in the Ensign and The Coming Forth of the Book of Mormon: A Marvelous Work and a Wonder.
