Mark H. Taylor was John P. Begley Endowed Chair in Accounting at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska when this was written. Taylor received his PhD from the Eller School of Business at the University of Arizona and his MAcc from Brigham Young University, Marriott School of Management. He was initially appointed to Case Western Reserve University in 2009. Outside of the classroom, Taylor is an active runner, cyclist and instrument-rated private pilot.
