Grant Anderson was born and raised in Southern California and served a mission in Colombia. He received a BA from BYU and a MS from the California State University system, both in education. Before joining the faculty at the Salt Lake University Institute, he had assignments as a teacher in Arizona, California, and Colorado. Grant C. Anderson was assistant administrator in the Church educational system.
