Brother Allan Rau was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta. He served in the Pennsylvania Philadelphia Mission. Brother Rau has a BA and an MOB from Brigham Young University. He has had seminary and institute teaching assignments in Alberta and southern Utah. Brother Rau is married to Susan Roberts and they have six children and one granddaughter. He enjoys daily walks with his wife, reading great books, writing, and hiking the beautiful canyons of Southern Utah.
