A. Terry Oakes is the Asia area director of temporal affairs for the Church. He has a BA in advertising and public relations, as well as a MA in public administration, both from BYU. He worked in Church Welfare Services for twenty years, in Storehouse Production Distribution, Employment Resource Services, and Welfare Services.
