My work with the Religious Studies Center came during my undergraduate time at BYU when I worked as a research and teaching assistant for John Hilton III. I worked for him from Fall 2012 until graduating in April 2015. I appreciated his confidence in me in both areas of employment and especially the autonomy he gave me. During the Fall 2013, I took on a big project related to how modern day prophets have utilized the Pauline epistles in General Conference. It was enlightening and fun as I worked to organize research, analyze the content, and the identify trends and patterns. I received my Bachelor's in Science - Nursing at Brigham Young University in April 2015 where I graduated suma cum laude. I started my nursing career at Primary Children's Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah and participated in their float pool for 3 years and also spent some time on their IV Team. Currently, I teach at Ameritech College of Healthcare as a Part-Time Clinical Instructor for their Associate Degree Nursing Program.
