J. Stuart Bunderson is an associate professor of organizational behavior at the John M. Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis, where he teaches and conducts research on topics related to leadership and learning in organizations.

C. Brooklyn Derr recently retired and is a professor emeritus of organizational behavior at the Marriott School of Management, Brigham Young University. He is currently an independent consultant in global leadership development and career issues.

David C. Dollahite teaches in the School of Family Life at Brigham Young University and does research on faith and family life when he is not with his wife, Mary, and their seven terrific children.

Breck England is a senior product architect and organizational consultant for FranklinCovey Co. He has twenty years’ experience helping organizations around the world with leadership, communication, and execution challenges.

Hal B Gregersen is a professor of leadership at INSEAD. He works with organizations worldwide to develop innovative leaders and lives in France as well as the United Arab Emirates, where he creates inspirational photographs from the forests of Fontainebleau and the deserts of Abu Dhabi.

E. Jeffrey Hill is an associate professor in the School of Family Life at Brigham Young University, and is a father of thirteen and a grandfather of eight.

Julie M. Hite is an associate professor in the Department of Educational Leadership and Foundations at Brigham Young University.

W. Jeffrey Marsh is an associate professor of ancient scripture at Brigham Young University. He received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah and masters and doctorate degrees from Brigham Young University in educational leadership.

Elaine Sorensen Marshall is a professor of nursing and holds an endowed chair at Georgia Southern University. She is married to Dr. John Marshall, and they are the parents of a combined family of nine children and twenty-one grandchildren. She teaches early-morning seminary and has written on healing from both a professional and spiritual perspective.

Mark E. Mendenhall holds the J. Burton Frierson Chair of Excellence in Business Leadership in the College of Business at the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga; his research, teaching, and consulting work are in the areas of domestic and global leadership development and international human resource management.

Jeff S. O’Driscoll is a practicing emergency physician in Salt Lake City and served as chair of emergency medicine at LDS Hospital and Intermountain Medical Center. He is the author of Hyrum Smith: A Life of Integrity and has presented papers on Hyrum Smith at numerous venues across the country.

J. Bonner Ritchie is a professor emeritus of organizational behavior at Brigham Young University’s Marriott School and a scholar in residence at Utah Valley University. He has focused his career on helping leaders become more ethical problem solvers, decision makers, and peacemakers.

Alexander C. Romney was a research associate at Harvard Business School, where he conducted research on topics related to leadership. He is currently in the process of applying to PhD programs in organizational behavior.

Heidi S. Swinton is an award-winning author and screenwriter. She has written extensively about Joseph Smith and the early history of the Church.

Jeff Thompson is an assistant professor at the Romney Institute of Public Management at Brigham Young University. He teaches and conducts research in the fields of organizational behavior and ethics with a special interest in meaningful work.

Michael Thompson is an associate dean in the Marriott School at Brigham Young University, where he has been a faculty member since 1988.
