Thomas, Darwin L.

Darwin L. Thomas is a professor emeritus of sociology and former director of the Family and Demographic Research Institute at Brigham Young University. He has authored and edited multiple books and published numerous journal articles. His research interests focused on the social-psychological dimensions of family interaction, with his latest work attempting to unravel the independent and combined effects of religion and family variables on attitudes and behavior. He received his PhD from the University of Minnesota.
